Terms of Use

1. Who we are
This website is operated by LEC INC LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14430494, registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. Lecmark is a trading name of that company. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. These terms
By using lecmark.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may change these terms, and the date above tells you when they were last changed. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies.
3. Nothing here is an offer to sell
This site is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contract. Sending us an enquiry, by form, email or chat, does not create any agreement between us. A contract arises only when we have agreed its terms with you in writing and said so. If we begin selling through this site, separate terms of sale will be published and will govern those purchases.
4. Using the site
You may read these pages and print or save copies for your own use. You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send us anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, our servers or our systems that is not made public;
- introduce malware, attempt to overload or interrupt the service, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
- harvest the site automatically for republication, resale, or the training of a system we have not permitted.
We may suspend access if these terms are broken. Search engines and the assistant crawlers named in our robots file may index the site in the ordinary way.
5. Our content
The text, images, marks and layout of this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The Lecmark name and seal are ours. Nothing on this page gives you a licence to use them, except to the extent that quoting a short passage with a link back is fair dealing.
6. Accuracy and availability
We take care over what we publish, but we do not promise that the site is complete, accurate or current, and the content is not professional advice to be relied on. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Where we link to another organisation's site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what it contains.
7. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in them affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to GBP 100.
8. Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy & Cookies Policy. In short: we set no advertising or analytics cookies, we store nothing on your device for tracking, and we do not record your IP address in our usage counts.
9. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
